Role Overview
Joybuy is seeking a data-driven Payment Operations and Risk Analyst to monitor, optimize, and protect its global payment ecosystem.
The role investigates payment performance and fraud while translating transaction data into improvements for company funds and customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement solutions for cross-border order transactions, platform payments, settlement, and receivables disbursement.
- Research requirements, map transaction flows, and design payment processes for core transaction payment scenarios.
- Optimize payment failures, abnormal settlements, delayed collections, stuck funds, transaction rejections, and dispute handling.
- Coordinate payment optimization projects through requirements review, development, testing, pilot launch, acceptance, and iteration.
- Monitor success rate, settlement timeliness, abnormal transaction ratios, and other payment metrics.
- Produce payment analysis reports and document cross-border solutions, risk cases, and best practices.
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in payment operations, data analytics, fraud risk management, or a related fintech or e-commerce role.
- Understand payment gateways, acquiring, card schemes, chargebacks, and settlements.
