Role Overview
The Business Project Manager joins the JINGDONG Logistics team supporting Middle East regional strategy and business objectives.
The role combines business planning, project execution, performance analysis, cross-functional coordination, and management initiative follow-up.
Business Planning and Projects
- Plan and execute key business projects and initiatives, including goal setting, resource coordination, progress tracking, risk management, and project reviews.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR, and other functions to deliver project tasks on time.
- Follow up on management decisions and convert them into concrete actions and measurable results.
Analysis and Process Improvement
- Track regional business performance and KPIs and identify business trends, issues, and risks.
- Provide business analysis and decision support to management.
- Improve project management, task tracking, meeting, and review mechanisms.
- Promote process standardization and digitalization to improve operational and collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or related fields.
- Cross-functional project experience and the ability to drive projects from planning through execution.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese and ability to work in a multicultural international environment.
