The position is responsible for strategic planning, warehouse-system construction, operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, team execution, and service quality.
Warehouse Planning
- Develop warehousing development plans, process standards, and annual plans based on company strategy.
- Build a warehouse management system and plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
- Promote standardization and intelligent transformation to improve warehouse operating efficiency.
End-to-End Operations
- Coordinate goods receiving, storage, inventory checking, and order processing.
- Monitor inventory turnover and accuracy and optimize operating routes and resource allocation.
- Reduce operational errors and losses through structured warehouse management.
Cost and Efficiency
- Analyze labor, equipment, and space costs and formulate cost-reduction strategies.
- Promote process optimization and the application of automation tools.
- Monitor labor productivity and space-efficiency data to improve warehouse cost effectiveness.
Team and Risk Management
- Recruit, train, and evaluate warehouse team members and optimize organizational structure.
- Establish safety management systems and handle major exceptions and emergencies.
- Prevent operational risks and ensure warehouse safety and compliance.
Cross-Functional Service
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to align upstream and downstream supply-chain resources.
- Resolve business interface issues and collect customer feedback.
- Improve warehouse service processes, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
