Job Description
- Manage inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse operations for safe, efficient, and accurate execution.
- Monitor productivity, throughput, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfilment KPIs.
- Develop daily production plans and workforce allocations based on business demand.
- Supervise warehouse operations, coordinate with team leaders and stakeholders, and resolve operational issues.
- Optimize workflows, standardize SOPs, and lead or support continuous process improvement.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least three years of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, production management, inventory control, and warehouse performance management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Experience with WMS, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
