Qualifications
- BCom qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in domestic English.
Responsibilities
- Manage planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations.
- Plan and coordinate production, transportation, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control.
- Optimize supply chain processes to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency.
- Identify gaps in transportation management processes, including planning, cross-docking, and routing.
- Establish business requirements and conduct vendor and software selection for TMS solutions.
- Implement and deploy transportation solutions for the organization and its partners.
Working Requirements
- Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Interactions are expected primarily within the employee's own team and with the direct supervisor.
- Daily work and new assignments are provided with detailed to moderate instruction.
- Decisions are expected to impact the employee's own work.
- The role may require rotational shifts.
