Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch activities
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock monitoring across all warehouse locations
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and projects teams to ensure material availability
- Implement proper warehouse systems, processes, and storage practices
- Monitor stock movements and conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure operational efficiency and discipline
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and quality requirements
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes
- Prepare warehouse reports related to stock levels, shortages, damages, and movements
- Handle coordination for deliveries, returns, and material transfers
Requirements
✅ Arab nationality
✅ Minimum 8 years of warehouse management experience
✅ Background in trading, manufacturing, or contracting industry
✅ Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
✅ Experience handling ERP systems and warehouse reporting
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
