Responsibilities
- Assist estimators in preparing and processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices
- Accurately input project data, customer information, and order details into the company system
- Manage, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure all project files, drawings, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices are properly filed and updated
- Track document revisions and maintain document control registers
- Coordinate with sales, estimation, production, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide timely updates regarding order status and documentation
- Verify document accuracy and completeness before submission or distribution
- Prepare regular reports and assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in document control, administration, customer service, or a similar role
- Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure

- We are looking for a detail oriented and customer focused Junior Document Controller to support our Wood Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist estimators in preparing and processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Accurately input project data, customer information, and order details into the company system.
- Manage, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

- Experience in the wood, joinery, fit out, manufacturing, or construction industry is an advantage.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP systems or document management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
- Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Pay
- QAR3,000.00 QAR4,000.00 per month
