About the Role
Target Trading & Contracting is hiring an Arabic-speaking Outdoor Sales Representative with 3+ years of wood works/fit-out sales experience. The role involves business development, client meetings, and achieving sales targets in Qatar.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Qatar market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to understand requirements
- Promote company products and services related to wood works, joinery, and fit out solutions
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams for quotations and project execution
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Maintain proper sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer records
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in wood works / fit out sales
- Valid Qatar Driving License
- Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
