- Lead and oversee daily HR operations and administration activities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave, and performance management processes
- Supervise HR team members and ensure efficient HR service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Support workforce planning and manpower requirements across departments
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR investigations
- Monitor HR metrics and provide reports and recommendations to management
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- 8–12 years of total HR experience
- Minimum 2–5 years in a supervisory or managerial HR role
- Manufacturing, industrial, contracting, or production industry experience preferred
- Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and HR administration
- Good knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HRMS/ERP systems
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
