Warehouse Labourer

As a Warehouse Labourer , you will play a strategic role in supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping parts and materials. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining records, supporting customers at the parts counter, and contributing to the efficient movement of materials throughout the operation.

Working closely with operations, maintenance, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you will help maintain inventory integrity, support business continuity, and ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment.

High school diploma with related post-secondary training.

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehousing procedures, and inventory control practices.

Basic knowledge of mining equipment and parts is considered an asset.

Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and warehouse inventory systems.

Salary Range: CAD $41,250 - $73,750

The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.
