Procurement Contracts Specialist
The Procurement Contract Specialist is responsible for the administration, formation, and negotiation of procurement contracts for the Lynn Lake Gold Project. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role encompasses pre-award and post-award contract activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and project objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Contract Administration:
Coordinate timely delivery of procurement contracts in collaboration with the corporate legal team and project stakeholders
Administer, coordinate, and process purchasing instruments (contracts, purchase orders, amendments, change orders.) ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and applicable legislation

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements :
A post Secondary degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years contract formation, execution and management
Professional designation or certification in procurement, contract management, or a related area (asset)
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement and managing large tender processes, preferably in the mining or project-based sectors
Technical knowledge of contract law, claims and holdback processes
