University degree or college diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA designation.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including experience within mining, natural resources, heavy industrial, or related sectors.
Two to five years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost analysis.
Experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems such as SAP and OneStream, combined with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Results-oriented leadership style with a commitment to team development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Experience in Manitoba mining operations would be considered an asset.

The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
