Role Overview

Job Location

• The job location is Fujairah, UAE.
• The work location is in person.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Inventory Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–4 years in an Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, or similar role.
• Experience within private households, luxury hospitality, or VIP/UHNW environments is preferred.
• Proven experience managing stock levels, inventory systems, and procurement coordination.
• Strong experience handling physical stock counts, audits, and reporting.

Key Skills and Knowledge

• Strong inventory management and stock control skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and inventory systems or software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain basics.
• Ability to conduct audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling valuable and sensitive assets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inventory categories across different locations.

Inventory Control and Stock Management

• Maintain accurate records of household supplies, consumables, operational materials, and other inventory items.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
• Track movement of goods between storage locations and departments.

Procurement and Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for stock ordering and replenishment.
• Prepare purchase requests based on stock levels and consumption patterns.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt and order accuracy.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and product quality.

Reporting and Audit

• Maintain inventory logs, registers, and system records.
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management review.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or losses promptly.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and spot checks.
• Investigate differences between physical stock and system records.
• Support improved inventory control processes.

Systems and Asset Care

• Use inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel to track stock movement.
• Update digital records in real time to maintain data accuracy.
• Maintain consistency between physical stock and system data.
• Monitor product condition and expiry dates where applicable.
• Ensure all stock transactions, documentation, and valuable assets are properly accounted for.
