Role Overview
The waiter or waitress will execute meal service and provide an exceptional food and beverage experience for family and guests.
The job location is Fujairah, UAE.
The position is permanent and requires in-person work.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a waiter or F&B butler at a five-star establishment is required.
- Experience with VVIP clients and personalized luxury service is required.
- Knowledge of all arts of service, particularly Arabic meze, is required.
- Advanced food and culinary knowledge is required to explain menus and dishes and prepare the dining area.
- Knowledge of coffees, teas, juices, and mocktails is required.
- Advanced pantry management knowledge is required.
- Ability to conduct stocktakes and maintain inventories is required.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, communication, and collaboration are expected.
- Exceptional personal hygiene and grooming are required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute meal service and provide a personalized luxury food and beverage experience.
- Explain menus and dishes and prepare the dining area accordingly.
- Provide service for coffees, teas, juices, and mocktails.
- Manage pantry activities, conduct stocktakes, and maintain inventories.
- Follow food safety policies, procedures, and practices.
- Maintain high standards of teamwork, communication, personal hygiene, and grooming.
Salary and Benefits
- The listed salary is 2,000 to 2,500 AED; no salary cadence is stated.
- Shared accommodation is provided by the company.
- Visa and health insurance are provided.
- Meals are provided.
- One economy flight per annum is provided.
- The role includes 30 days of vacation per annum.
