Role Overview

Job Location

• The job location is Fujairah, UAE.
• Work is performed in person.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or ITI in mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration/AC technology.
• Certification in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance or gas systems is preferred.
• Food safety or hygiene training and HSE certification are advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving license is beneficial.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair experience is required.
• Experience with gas-operated and electrically operated appliances is essential.

Technical Equipment Skills

• Work with ovens, hobs, fryers, grills, steamers, dishwashers, and refrigerators.
• Disassemble, diagnose, and repair faulty equipment components.
• Service and repair commercial and domestic washing machines and dryers.

Electrical, Gas, and Refrigeration Systems

• Understand gas and electrical supply systems for kitchen appliances.
• Inspect and maintain gas lines, valves, igniters, and burners.
• Check refrigerant levels and compressor function and perform basic repairs on freezers, coolers, and chillers.

Maintenance and Safety Responsibilities

• Follow scheduled preventive-maintenance plans to minimize equipment failures.
• Clean and maintain exhaust hoods, ducting, and grease traps.
• Follow UAE fire, safety, hygiene, and HSE requirements.
• Maintain service logs, temperature checks, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and management while working independently when required.

Salary and Benefits
