Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products manually or with basic equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Deliver raw materials to production lines according to production schedules.
- Receive, inspect, label, and store goods and inventory.
- Pack, wrap, and palletize finished goods for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in warehouse and production support areas.
- Conduct stock checks and report low or damaged stock.
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals, packaging materials, and equipment.
- Work with manufacturing and quality control teams to ensure material readiness and compliance.
- Remove waste and dispose of packaging or rejected materials properly.
Qualifications and experience
- A high school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
- On-the-job training or forklift/manual handling certification is an advantage.
- One to two years of warehouse or factory support experience is preferred, particularly in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Competencies
- Basic understanding of manufacturing warehouse operations.
- Physical fitness for manual labor in a factory environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Teamwork, good work ethic, and basic inventory awareness.
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic spoken English is required.
