Job purpose
Manage vehicle and accessory sales while meeting targets, converting leads into showroom visits, conducting test drives, and appraising trade-ins.
Deliver high customer satisfaction, meet KPIs, maintain product knowledge, and support outdoor sales activities.
Sales performance
- Achieve the assigned monthly sales target for vehicle units.
- Meet sales targets related to RME accessories per unit.
- Achieve quarterly non-financial KPIs set by management.
Sales process
- Generate monthly outdoor appointments with prospective customers through telephone, web, CRM, and social media platforms.
- Convert phone and digital leads into showroom walk-ins.
- Contact web leads within 2 hours and CRM leads within 4 hours.
- Offer and conduct vehicle test drives, highlighting key performance and driving features.
- Provide trade-in appraisals to customers exchanging their vehicles.
- Request a manager's second facing with detailed customer and vehicle requirement information.
Customer satisfaction
- Deliver a complete and seamless sales process throughout the vehicle purchase journey.
