Job Purpose
The role handles dealer-channel sales for Nissan, Infiniti, and Renault and supports continued expansion of the dealer sales segment.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets, maximize profitability, minimize losses, execute plans, and take corrective actions.
- Contact existing and new customers through email, phone, and social media and follow up on enquiries.
- Conduct regular market visits for new enquiries and customer acquisition.
- Provide end-to-end customer service from enquiry through vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with PDI, logistics, and shipping companies for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and GIA recommendations.
- Prepare documentation for customs duty and VAT claims, update leads and customer details in Salesforce, and process orders.
- Coordinate with GIT, logistics, finance, and other internal teams.
- Collect market and competitor information, investigate infringement activity during market visits, and provide reports.
- Prepare and share monthly market reports with the Head of Department.
Educational Qualification
- A bachelor's degree, diploma, or other relevant qualification is required.
