Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, organize and maintain the warehouse for spare parts, wear parts, tools, and consumables.
Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System as a key part of daily warehouse work.
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance personnel to prioritize work and activities.
- Review the timeliness of scheduled deliveries and track inventory levels.
- Order new supplies in a timely manner.
- Ensure facility equipment and tools are properly maintained.
- Set up and pre-stage parts and help locate and retrieve warehouse items for maintenance work.
- Maintain CMMS records and prepare purchasing requests for spare and wear parts.
- Conduct the annual inventory of parts, consumables, and tools.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Apprenticeship or electronic technical school diploma.
- Knowledge and experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- At least three years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping.

- Comply with health and safety regulations and perform work safely.
- Apply practical knowledge of processes and practices in the functional area.
- Demonstrate knowledge of storekeeping, recordkeeping, and inventory control.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet quality and deadline standards.
- Demonstrate accountability for assigned objectives, activities, and processes.
- Adapt to changing duties and working methods and work effectively under pressure.
- Work cooperatively with team members from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
