Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Fresh Graduates)

Job Scope Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Work with O&M personnel, supervise field activities, and coordinate assigned work.
• Record all worked time on completed work orders.
• Conduct risk identification, analysis, and assessments.
• Acquire condition-based maintenance data using vibration, thermography, visual inspection, and ultrasound.
• Review and update O&M plans and record equipment changes or abnormal conditions.
• Perform daily inspections and plant walkdowns, complete log sheets, and raise maintenance work requests.
• Analyze and optimize spare parts management for predictive maintenance.
• Maintain equipment technical documentation, including drawings, procedures, and certificates.
• Work with execution teams on failure analysis and improvement proposals.
• Assist in supervising external technicians or subcontractors.
• Assist with O&M activity budgets and monitor plant performance, procedures, and processes.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent certification.
• HSE accredited training qualifications.
• At least three years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
• Substantial experience in one or more of welding, machining, or pipe, pump, and valve technician specialties.
• Knowledge of CMMS and related software.
• Familiarity with HSE standards, procedures, and requirements.
