Role Overview
The employer is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant III to support daily warehouse and inventory operations.
The role includes maintaining stock records, coordinating goods movement, and ensuring warehouse activities are completed efficiently and safely.
Work Arrangement

- The role involves remote coordination with warehouse, logistics, procurement, suppliers, and other teams.
Warehouse and Inventory Duties
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities and condition, and check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Assist with unloading, handling, sorting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, staging, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain stock records and process receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, counts, reconciliations, and inventory reports.
- Update ERP, WMS, or warehouse systems and investigate stock discrepancies, variances, and inventory accuracy issues.
- Track damaged, missing, expired, obsolete, or non-conforming goods and support returns, replacements, and reverse logistics.
- Coordinate deliveries, collections, purchase orders, suppliers, logistics providers, equipment tracking, audits, and inspections.
- Maintain storage conditions, organized work areas, safety and security procedures, documentation, and operational controls.
