Role Overview
Drenova is seeking a Vendor Performance Analyst to monitor supplier performance, analyze vendor data, and support continuous improvement across vendor management activities.
The role supports procurement, vendor management, supply chain, operations, finance, and data teams in an international working environment.
Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
- The employment type is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor vendor performance, supplier service levels, procurement metrics, and performance trends.
- Prepare vendor performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, management updates, and recommendations.
- Track supplier compliance with service agreements and operational standards.
- Maintain vendor records, documentation, and performance databases.
- Support supplier reviews, performance evaluations, contract monitoring, and process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve vendor-related issues and promote data-driven decisions.
