Role Overview

Work Arrangement

• The position is fully remote and based in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment coordination, hiring activities, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and interview logistics.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment documentation, ATS updates, reports, dashboards, and hiring trackers.
• Post job openings, track candidate progress, assist with onboarding documentation, and coordinate recruitment meetings.
• Help improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience while supporting employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• One to two years of experience in recruitment, HR, administration, customer service, or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, coordination, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills and comfort with spreadsheets, reports, and documentation are required.
• ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HR software, recruitment process, and interview coordination experience are advantageous or preferred.
• The candidate must be able to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
