Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Card Services Manager to lead card-service operations, product administration, customer support, transaction processing, fraud controls, operational risk, vendors, and service performance.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop card-services strategies, procedures, service standards, and performance objectives.
- Oversee card lifecycle management from application and issuance through activation, servicing, replacement, renewal, suspension, and closure.
- Coordinate card issuance, personalization, production, delivery, activation, inventory, and physical-security controls.
- Manage cardholder servicing, transaction issues, complaints, disputes, replacements, and account maintenance.
- Oversee authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, processing performance, declines, failures, and service interruptions.
