Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Set up and maintain stations with clean cutlery, plates, and service wear
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments using micros system
- Communicate guest preferences to supervisors for profile building
- Follow opening and closing procedures and complete checklists
- Assist in controlling the section and following the Order of Service
Requirements
- High standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Ability to establish rapport with guests in a professional manner
- Knowledge of restaurant floor plan, F&B offers, and daily occupancy
- Ability to handle guest enquiries and complaints courteously

- Handle guest enquiries and complaints courteously.
- Follow restaurant Order of Service and SOPs.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure stations are equipped with clean service wear.
- Engage in service briefings.
- Operate micros system and process payments.
- Handle equipment carefully to minimize breakage.
