Job Summary
Rise Enterprise is seeking passionate and experienced fine dining waitstaff for a luxury cafe.

Waiter Responsibilities
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide attentive service.
- Explain menu ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens and make recommendations.
- Record orders and communicate special requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes with proper etiquette and timing.
- Recommend beverages and maintain clean, orderly tables.
- Process guest payments and support smooth checkout.
Senior Waiter Responsibilities
- Train and guide junior waitstaff.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.
- Oversee service flow and coordination between waitstaff and kitchen staff.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor with shift management.
Requirements
- The fine dining waitress role requires at least one year of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience.
- The senior fine dining waitress role requires at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Candidates must speak English well; Arabic is preferred but not required.
- Candidates need strong communication, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- The role requires fine dining etiquette, beverage pairing, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift and carry moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
Workplace
- The duties are performed in a luxury cafe and require in-person restaurant service.
