Join a fine-dining team as a Mixologist focused on sophisticated non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, and signature beverages.
Create beautifully presented, balanced beverages that complement the cuisine and support a luxury dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, and signature beverages.
- Develop flavor combinations with fresh fruits, herbs, spices, teas, botanicals, shrubs, syrups, infusions, and premium ingredients.
- Design beverage pairings for the fine-dining menu.
- Prepare house-made syrups, infusions, garnishes, bitters, and other beverage components.
- Provide personalized recommendations and professional guest service.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, ingredient knowledge, glassware standards, and station organization.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations while monitoring inventory and stock requirements.
- Contribute to seasonal menus, special events, beverage concepts, and coordination with culinary and service teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, Beverage Specialist, or similar role.
- Fine-dining or luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and modern mixology techniques.
- Creativity, flavor knowledge, attention to detail, communication, and guest-service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- English fluency is preferred, and additional languages are an advantage.
