Job Overview
- Ritual Cafe is hiring a Waiter/Waitress for full time position in Al Ayn.
Responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Prepare tables by setting up.
- Offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Up sell additional products when appropriate.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using IPAD POS ordering software.
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
- Serve food and drink orders.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Deliver and collect bill payments.
Qualifications
- Experience: United Arab Emirates: 1 year (Preferred)
- Food and Beverage server: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to commute/relocate: Al Ayn: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)
Compensation
- Pay: AED1,800.00 AED3,000.00 per month
