- Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Source and negotiate from approved suppliers and ensure price accuracy
- Analyze purchasing trends and cost saving initiatives
- Handle supplier follow ups, delivery discrepancies, and invoice matching
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Support food cost control and wastage reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field
- 2–4 years of purchasing experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food items, suppliers, and market pricing
- Familiarity with inventory systems, Foodics System, other ERP, and MS Excel
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, local regulations)
- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Job Summary
- The Procurement Manager is responsible for the timely and cost effective purchase of food, beverages, and related operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- This role focuses on procurement execution, supplier coordination, inventory availability, and strict adherence to quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Excellent Skills in using inventory and analytical software's

Preferred Experience
- Experience in multi outlet restaurants or Cafe
- Knowledge of local F&B suppliers
- UAE/GCC market experience (if applicable)
