- Execute all aspects of table service with precision, including setup, order delivery, clearing, and presentation
- Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences
- Manage assigned tables efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination between courses
- Work closely with colleagues across front of house and kitchen teams
- Confidently promote menu items, specials, and beverages in a guest focused manner
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, mise en place, and station readiness
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally

- Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating needs and creating memorable, personalised dining experiences.
