Role Overview
- As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the hotel's overall marketing strategy, ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects the distinctive Delano brand.
- Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Regional Marketing, Revenue, Sales and Operations teams, you will develop integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive revenue and create meaningful cultural relevance.
- This role requires a commercially minded leader with exceptional creative instincts, deep understanding of luxury hospitality and lifestyle brands, and a strong network across media, fashion, art, entertainment and the UAE luxury landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership: Champion and protect the Delano brand across every channel and guest touchpoint.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting rooms, restaurants, bars, spa and events.
- Digital & Content: Oversee all digital marketing activities including website, CRM, email marketing, SEO/SEM and paid media.
- PR & Communications: Lead the hotel's PR strategy alongside appointed agencies.
- Partnerships & Experiences: Develop strategic partnerships with luxury, fashion, design, wellness and cultural brands.
- Commercial Performance: Manage the annual marketing budget and ROI.
- Leadership: Inspire and develop a high performing marketing team.
