Yasmine Palace Restaurant is a dining destination combining Arab architecture, modern elegance, and Andalusian-inspired cuisine.
The restaurant has locations across Qatar, including The Pearl-Qatar, Place Vendôme Mall, and Doha Festival City.
Position Overview
The company is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations confidently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and guest-service attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
