The restaurant serves Andalusian-inspired dishes in a refined setting influenced by diverse Arab cultures and civilizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations confidently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a waiter in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent presentation and guest service attitude are required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service is required.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and compliance with grooming standards are required.
