Job Summary
Welcome guests, manage bookings efficiently, and maximize revenue through professional and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant bookings and guest confirmations.
- Welcome guests according to company standards.
- Coordinate with management to optimize table allocation and revenue.
- Handle one service station, including opening and closing duties.
- Place orders using the Micros system.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and Fire Life Safety policies.
- Attend trainings and follow company grooming and conduct standards.
- Report incidents and cooperate in emergency procedures.
- Support team tasks and complete duties assigned by managers.
Self-Management Requirements
- Adhere to company rules, time policies, and grooming standards.
- Participate in development programs.
- Demonstrate awareness of safety, health, and emergency protocols.
