Deliver fast, accurate, and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
Maintain exceptional service standards according to guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, smile, and greet guests.
- Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.
- Serve guests and colleagues with fast, efficient, and accurate service.
- Attend to reasonable guest requests and respond promptly to queries.
- Provide menu and food and beverage information to answer guest questions.
- Take orders and communicate them promptly and accurately to the kitchen and bar.
Qualification
- Knowledge of the menu and available food and beverage offerings is required.
