Waiter / Waitress

Salary: AED 5,500 – AED 6,000 per month

IIQAF Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our hospitality team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining dining areas, processing guest requests, and ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and food and beverage service throughout the dining experience.
• Present menus, explain menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and available beverages to guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food, beverages, desserts, and other orders promptly and professionally.
• Ensure orders are accurate and presented according to restaurant and hospitality standards.
• Check food and beverage orders before serving to ensure quality, presentation, and accuracy.
• Promote restaurant menu items, specials, beverages, and additional products when appropriate.
• Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparation.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate complex complaints to the supervisor or restaurant manager.
• Maintain professional grooming, appearance, communication, and hospitality standards at all times.
• Follow company policies, restaurant procedures, health and safety regulations, and service standards.

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Server, Food Server, F&B Attendant, Dining Server, or Hospitality Server is preferred.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, cafés, catering companies, or other hospitality establishments is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tables and customer requests.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a restaurant and hospitality team.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
