IIQAF Group is seeking an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Hospital Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day operations of their healthcare facility in Dubai.
The role involves coordinating administrative activities, supporting hospital departments, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, medical staff, and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily hospital administration and healthcare administrative operations.
- Support the smooth operation of hospital departments, clinics, reception, and administrative services.
- Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, admissions, discharges, transfers, and follow-up services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, medical documentation, administrative files, and healthcare records.
- Prepare administrative reports, operational summaries, patient statistics, schedules, and correspondence.
- Ensure patient information is handled securely and confidentially in accordance with hospital policies and applicable regulations.
- Respond professionally to patient complaints, concerns, and service requests and escalate complex issues to management.
- Monitor office supplies, medical administrative materials, stationery, and other operational requirements.
- Assist with staff scheduling, departmental coordination, meetings, and internal communication when required.
