Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests and visitors, handling front desk operations, answering calls, managing inquiries, supporting check-in and check
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, visitors, and customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service and guest service throughout the guest experience
- Manage daily front desk and reception operations efficiently and professionally
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, room information, and hotel or hospitality services when required
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, amenities, services, restaurants, local attractions, and transportation
- Support VIP guests and special requests according to company hospitality standards
- Monitor the reception area and ensure it remains clean, organized, professional, and welcoming
- Follow company policies, hospitality standards, health and safety procedures, and guest privacy requirements
- Assist with administrative and front office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate important guest information and operational issues to supervisors and management
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high standard of service at all times
