Job Summary
Provide friendly, efficient front-of-house service to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep tables clean, set, and ready for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
- Assist with takeaway and delivery orders when required.
- Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines.
- Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous waiter/waitress or customer service experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800 to AED 2,200 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
