Role Overview
Oversee daily business performance, sales growth, and operational workflow for a dates production, packaging, and distribution company.
The role covers commercial, production, inventory, distribution, team leadership, customer relations, compliance, and reporting functions.
Work Arrangement
- Location is Abu Dhabi / Al Ain, UAE.
- Work is performed in person.
Employment

Sales Management
- Develop sales strategies for retail, wholesale, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build relationships with distributors, supermarkets, and export partners.
- Identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
Operations Management
- Oversee production, packaging, quality control, inventory, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain quality and consistency.
- Improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational delays.
- Ensure timely delivery to local and international clients.
Team and Client Management
- Lead and supervise sales and operations teams.
- Conduct training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Assign duties and ensure appropriate staffing.
- Handle key accounts and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
- Prepare operational, sales, and financial reports.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in FMCG, F&B, dates, perfume, or chocolate industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in sales strategy, operations management, and team supervision.
- Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple departments under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS/ERP systems.
- UAE driving license.
- Good communication in English and Arabic.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
