Job Details
- The role is full-time.
- The position is based in Al Ain, UAE.

Financial Accounting
- Maintain and update general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with IFRS.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Cost and Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile stock variances.
- Implement cost-control measures.
- Prepare cost analysis reports for production, procurement, and operations.
- Track wastage, consumption, and cost of goods sold.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and highlight variances.
- Provide financial insights for management decisions.
Taxation and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Prepare VAT returns and coordinate with FTA requirements.
- Maintain documentation for audits.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Reporting, Cash Flow, and Banking
- Prepare MIS reports and daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries.
- Support profitability analysis and business planning.
- Monitor daily cash flow and manage petty cash procedures.
- Coordinate with banks for financial transactions.
Systems and Processes
- Work with ERP and POS systems for financial data.
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred; ACCA or CPA is also accepted.
- Three to five years of accounting experience; F&B, FMCG, retail, or trading experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
