Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Deliver an excellent guest and team member experience through strong menu knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menus and explain portions, ingredients, and potential food allergies.
- Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Inform customers about daily specials and provide menu recommendations.
- Communicate order details to kitchen staff.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, reporting problems.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Review specials, menu changes, and reservation service specifications with restaurant staff.
- Follow relevant health department regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Requirements
- Have 2 to 4 years of successful multi-unit leadership experience in a full-service environment.
- Have multinational restaurant experience; GCC experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills, customer focus, attentiveness, patience, and accountability.
