Role Overview
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation across a restaurant group.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements, the Dubai Food Code, HACCP principles, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor food handlers’ personal hygiene and safe food-handling practices.
- Conduct daily hygiene and sanitation inspections.
- Monitor food storage, receiving, temperature control, and cross-contamination prevention.
- Ensure cleaning and disinfection procedures are followed properly.
- Monitor pest-control activities and report infestations.
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
Records, Audits, and Training
Maintain food safety, cleaning, and temperature records.
Assist with Dubai Municipality inspections and food safety audits.
Support food safety training and awareness for staff.
Assist the PIC or Food Safety Manager with HACCP and food safety procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of food safety or hygiene experience within the food industry.
