Responsibilities
- Prepare the mise-en-place for service stations and the pantry.
- Keep sufficient china, cutlery, and glassware available before and during service.
- Remove dirty dishes, clear tables, and reset them after guests depart.
- Obtain equipment requested by the headwaiter and deliver orders from the kitchen and bar.
- Keep service stations clean and arrange tables and chairs according to the table plan.
- Follow the service sequence and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements and Standards
- Learn menu terminology for food and beverage items.
- Report for duty on time in clean attire.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures in the standards of performance manual.
- Accept reasonable variations to assigned duties when required for operational effectiveness.

- The position is full-time and permanent.
