Housekeeping Attendant

Key Job Responsibilities

• Report to work before the scheduled start time, well groomed and dressed according to hotel standards.
• Maintain guestroom cleanliness and room setup according to departmental standards.
• Clean guestrooms, guest corridors, and lift landing areas to preset standards.
• Complete guest special requests promptly and support an experience that exceeds expectations.
• Clean the required number of rooms according to the supervisor’s standards.
• Complete maintenance request forms and report room damage or loss immediately.
• Maintain room status reports and report suspicious persons, sleep-outs, and do-not-disturb rooms.
• Clean and care for all assigned working equipment.
• Attend training sessions and communication meetings as directed.
• Cooperate with reasonable tasks requested by company managers.

• Comply with hotel rules, regulations, and employment handbook provisions.
• Comply with company grooming, uniform, timekeeping, and attendance standards.
• Participate actively in training and development programs.
• Be attentive to guests and fulfill requests accurately and promptly.
• Understand and anticipate guest needs while maintaining knowledge that enhances the guest experience.
• Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations.
• One year of housekeeping attendant experience is preferred.
