Guest Service Duties
- Report to work before the scheduled commencement time and meet hotel grooming standards.
- Provide quick, efficient, and professional service to resident and non-resident guests.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, services, and outlets.
- Anticipate guest needs to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Perform daily tasks consistently in line with departmental and hotel standards.
- Assist colleagues and other departments promptly in response to business and guest needs.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and ensuring applicable services are charged.
- Follow hotel behavior standards and staff handbook requirements.
- Understand hotel management roles, office locations, and availability.
- Support Priority Club targets and follow corporate product and promotion requirements.
- Greet guests warmly and provide high standards of customer care throughout their stay.
Standards and Development
- Comply with hotel rules and regulations and the employment handbook.
- Comply with company grooming and uniform standards.
- Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies.
- Participate in training, development programs, and self-development opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guests and management.
