Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
- Take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved
- Collaborate with immediate report, ensuring costs and inventory are controlled, and productivity and performance levels are attained
- Build and maintain effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred
- Fluent in both Turkish and English (spoken) is essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well groomed with a professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle busy service periods
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Description
- Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels

- Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary package AED1,600 1,750 (depending on experience)
- Language Allowance AED 350
- Service Charge Average AED 700

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
