- Ensure food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner
- Set up tables, serve food and beverages to guests, and clear/clean tables
- Communicate guest orders including special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point of sales system

About the Job
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess – Private Dining to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.
- The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
- To maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
- To control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
- To communicate with Culinary Team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
- To ensure the food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverages to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables.
- Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point of sales system.
About You
- 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
