The Mission
- Welcome every guest warmly and represent the brand’s positive hospitality atmosphere.
- Know the menu, answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell food and beverage offerings.
- Serve food and drinks accurately, stylishly, and quickly while anticipating guest needs.
- Create special moments for guests and maintain a clean dining environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to keep service flowing smoothly and remain calm during busy periods.
