Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and assist customers with menu items, ingredients, and recommendations
- Take customer orders accurately for dine in and takeaway
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system
- Process cash, card, and other approved payment methods accurately
- Issue receipts and ensure correct billing
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and report any discrepancies immediately
- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently
- Check customer satisfaction and respond promptly to reasonable requests
- Coordinate closely with baristas, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members
- Ensure tables are cleaned, reset, and ready for new customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter, dining area, service stations, and surrounding areas
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter, cashier, or customer service staff in a café or restaurant is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays when required

Job Summary
